CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Improved student communication processes for Ocean Country College. The e-Learning class sections had a 10% total increase and a 5.86% out of county growth over the previous year for a total of 8,201 enrolled students in 2014.
  • Coordinated the Ocean County College partnership and participation of the RUOnline 2015 conference with Rutgers, NJIT, Pearson and NJEdge.
  • Trained the first generation of the International Certification in Digital Marketing.

La filosofía de social media me permitió comprender que yo soy, porque soy percibido.
La sociedad este llena de puntos de vista y percepciones. De joven leí la ventana de Johary en donde se explica que: “yo soy lo que creo ser, más lo que otros creen que soy”

 

 

Conflicto en la vision de social media

Uno de los conclictos comunes en la implementacion de social media es la falta de vision de la direccion o directivos de la empresa.

Puesto de manera simple (apa finanzas corportativas 2009)

La alta dirección tiene una meta en mente y depende del personal de planeación corregir y entregar finalmente un plan factible que satisfaga esa meta.

En social media el efecto es el mismo: los directivos dan la vision y los estrategas desarrollamos un plan factible para lograr esa meta. En la medida en la que esa meta se logre de manera sactisfactoria se podra evaluar el exito de la implementacion. Por lo que es nesaria una exposicion clara de la meta y sus evaluadores en tiempo, modo y/o forma.

Por ejemplo financieramente es facil decir: queremos logran un crecimiento del 3% en las utilidades netas el proximo año.
De lo que surgiran las preguntas:
Cuanto tendremos que vender ?
En cuanto tiempo?
Necesitamos financiamiento?
Etc..

En social media el panorama es el mismo, con una ligera diferencia. Los directivos desconocen el alcance y por lo tanto carecen de vision.
Al no tener una vision clara, nunca quedaran satisfechos con las metas logradas pues desconocen el significado de las mediciones que en realidad importan.

El segundo suceso mas comun es solicitar el outsourcing de servicios de social media en espera de que estos profesionales sepan lo que hacen. Dichas empresas saben muy bien lo que hacen pero no tiene la vision de tu empresa, no hablan con tu voz o carecen del espiritu o esencia verdadera y en estos dias los consmidores tienen el poder de maximizar su mensaje y creanme no los quieres diciendo x empresa miente.

Reflexion sobre la inversion en Medios Sociales

Una empresa debe considerar que los medios sociales son una inversión a largo plazo porque su intención es utilizarlas en el futuro.
Si se quiere se podria comparar con un inventario.

El inventario absorbe fondos que podrían usarse para otros propósitos y es probable que una compañía tenga que pedir dinero prestado para financiar la inversión en inventario. El objetivo es tener la cantidad de inventario apropiada y en los lugares correctos de la cadena de suministro. (Chase, Jacobs y Aquilano 2009).

La inversion en medios sociales absorbe fondos de la misma manera, que el inventario. La diferencia es que el inventario se puede vender para generar valor economico, y los medios sociales generan valor agregado, intangibles. El objetivo es tener tu valor agregado en los lugares apropiados para generar una adopcion de tu mision por tus consumidores y esto a la larga te generara mucho mas valor economico que tu rotacion de inventarios.

it is because wordpress made some changes to the permalinks

Go to Settings / Permalinks and select post name or other format

For me it does not work using these Permalinks as Published:-

Numeric http://example.com/archives/123
Post name http://example.com/sample-post/

Works on these Permalinks as Published and Draft:-
Default http://example.com/?p=123
Day and name http://example.com/2012/10/08/sample-post/
Month and name http://example.com/2012/10/sample-post/

So just change that selection and give it a try
